Using this guide
How to Book
Reservations can be made by phoning or emailing the home
directly, logging onto www.reserveabandb.com or contacting
any Tourist Information Office while you are in Ireland.
Always reserve the first & last nights accommodation in
advance. July/August & September are peak season so
please book your accommodation early. When in Ireland
contact any Tourist Information Office, or seek advice and
assistance from your host/hostess. Check rate and
cancellation policy when booking. In the event of an
emergency contact the nearest county area representative
listed at the front of this guide.
Room Availability in Dublin
Rooms in Dublin City and County can be difficult to find
unless accommodation is pre-booked. If visiting the capital
city, we strongly advise pre-booking all accommodation well
in advance. Never count on finding rooms at short notice in
Dublin.
Dublin Supplement
A room supplement for Dublin City and County of

7.50 per
room per night applies for the months of July, August &
September on Travel Agency Vouchers. This charge is paid
directly to the accommodation provider and is not included
in the voucher.
Travel Agents Vouchers
Properties that accept vouchers are indicated in our brochure
by the green

symbol. Please present your voucher on
arrival. Ensuite vouchers cover a room with full private
facilities i.e. (room with private bath/shower and toilet).
Classification Upgrade
An upgrade payment will be due if you decide to stay in a
property that is of a higher star rating than the package you
have purchased. The upgrade charge will be paid locally.
Credit Card Bookings
Credit cards are accepted in most homes, see the credit card
symbol listed. There may be a small charge for using your
credit card

in some homes. Telephone reservations may
be guaranteed by quoting a valid credit card number.
Cancellation Policy
When a reservation has been confirmed, please check
cancellation policy with the home at the time of booking.
The person making the reservation is responsible for the
agreed cancellation fee. Please telephone immediately in the
event of a cancellation. Should it be necessary to cancel or
amend a booking without sufficient prior notice, the
following charges apply.

Arrival Times
Please advise home directly of early/late arrival.

Reduction for Children
Applies where children share with a parent or three or more
children share one r331 900 rate applies when one or two
children occupy separate rooms. Please check that the home
is suitable for children when booking. Cots are available in
some homes – there may be a nominal charge,

Evening Meals
Book in advance preferably before 12 noon on the day. Light
Meals and Dinner

Guide Dogs & Pets
Please see symbol for pets and guide dogs throughout the
brochure & check when booking. With the exception of Guide
Dogs, in the interest of hygiene, pets are not allowed
indoors. Sheltered accommodation will be available on the
